Another iGaming brand is putting down roots in Ontario. The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario has just given out an Ontario licence to Rootz Limited.
Rootz Limited just gained a legal licence from the German market as well at the end of last year. This is all part of Rootz Limited’s commitment to operating in regulated markets across the world, and that includes Ontario as well.
Some online casinos that fall under Rootz Limited include Spinz Casino, Caxino, Wildz Casino, Wheelz Casino. Ontario players can also find huge game libraries available at all of these online casinos. They include popular games like Immortal Romance and Big Bass Bonanza. The best part is that they always have new games coming out, so players always have different options to choose from.
Before gaining its licence from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, Rootz had already had a presence in Canada. Getting this Ontario licence was part of the company’s goal to operate fully in the regulated Canadian market.
Through getting this licence, Rootz Limited can ensure that they put a stop to underage playing, and shine a light onto responsible gambling tools.
Lasse Rantala, the CEO of Rootz Limited, said the following about their entry into the market:
“Increasing our footprint within regulated markets is in line with a dynamic strategy that seeks to provide innovative gaming solutions to players around the world. Ontario is an important market for us, and we welcome the opportunity provided by AGCO to become a licensed operator and to enter into an operational agreement with iGO”.
“Full credit goes to our first-rate teams for the Ontario licencing achievement: as an operator, we prioritize the need for safe, secure and fair play; the strict compliance requirements within regulated markets such as Ontario and Germany will provide peace of mind to our customers that they are enjoying play experiences with a licensed provider…”
